FAQ – open webshop

 

1. What is an open FM webshop?

Open web shop is an online store which could be linked to your FM account , where your customers can order at catalogue price without logging in. With this option you can promote FM products and collect points on your account.

 

2. Who can use an open webshop?

The webshop can be used by your customers from EU countries to whom you share your partner number, but his country of delivery is available on the list.

 

3. Can I sell FM products to my customers using the open webshop?

Yes, but remember that the receipt of a margin on the products you buy will depend on your status. The margin is awarded only to the partner who is an entrepreneur, has a registered company in FM World Distribution and has signed a sales contract. Points are awarded regardless of partner status.

 

4. My client lives in another country, can order using my number?

Yes.

 

5. Can the client benefit from current cyclical promotions?

No.

 

6. What happens to the margin for an order made using my BP’s number?

The margin is granted depending on the partner's status. If the partner has the status of "Seller" and is a registered entrepreneur in FM World Distribution, the margin affects his account, he can add it to his commission from the marketing plan and issue an invoice. If the partner has the "User" status, it does not receive a margin.

 

7. What happens to points for orders placed using my BP’s number?

Points for the order for both the partner with the status of "Seller" and "User" are credited to the referrer's account as personal points.

 

8. How will I know when someone has placed an order using my Bp’s number?

If the customer agrees, the referring partner will receive an email with the order details. Orders made by customers will also be visible in the Back Office. This can be checked by going to the COMMISSION PAYMENT AND DISCOUNT tab and then ANONYMOUS SALE REPORT.

 

9. How do I invoice the amount received for my customers' orders?

The amount collected from the margin of customer orders should be added to your commission from the marketing plan and described as follows: Advertising services of the FM World network and the trademark for month _ _ _ _

 

10. What happens to the margin that could not be awarded to me because I am not an entrepreneur?

It is included in the global company’s turnover.

 

11. How are complaints handled?

The customer may send a complaint to the following address: [email protected], if it is accepted, the customer will receive a refund for the advertised product.

 

12. What are the available payment methods?

The only available payment method is electronic payment through the available payment platforms. Cash on Delivery and traditional bank transfer is not available.

 

13. Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes. The amount of VAT is in accordance with the customer's country of delivery or due to Fm World Distribution fiscal obligations.

14. What to do if the courier brought a damaged package?

It is best to open the package at the courier, write down the type and quantity of damaged products, if any, on the report, then report the damage to FM World Distribution.

 

15. If my client places an order, do I have to monitor it?

All packages will be shipped to customers by FM World Distribution. The partner will not have to do anything, we will take care of every stage of the order. Our logistic center will prepare the package and send it to your customer.

 

16. What is the delivery cost? Is there a free shipping option?

The shipping cost depends on the country of delivery, weight and price for the order. Free delivery is possible if your order exceeds the appropriate amount.

 

17. How long will my order take?

The execution of the order depends on the country of delivery, but the shipping time should not exceed 6 business days.
